Ingredients of Khatte Lehsuni Aloo
- 4 Pieces Cubed Potatoes
- 7-8 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
- to taste Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Mango powder
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1 Green Chillies
How to Make Khatte Lehsuni Aloo
- 1.Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic cloves till their raw smell goes away.
- 2.Add potatoes, green chilli, salt, and cover the pan to cook them.
- 3.When the potatoes are cooked, add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Saute well.
- 4.Add mango power and lemon juice. Mix well, and serve.
You can add extra lemon juice for more tangy flavour.
