Ingredients of Khatte Lehsuni Aloo
- 4 Pieces Cubed Potatoes
- 7-8 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
- to taste Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Mango powder
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1 Green Chillies

Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic cloves till their raw smell goes away.
Add potatoes, green chilli, salt, and cover the pan to cook them.
When the potatoes are cooked, add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Saute well.
Add mango power and lemon juice. Mix well, and serve.
You can add extra lemon juice for more tangy flavour.
