Ingredients of Khatte Lehsuni Aloo

  • 4 Pieces Cubed Potatoes
  • 7-8 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Mango powder
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Green Chillies

How to Make Khatte Lehsuni Aloo

  • 1.Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic cloves till their raw smell goes away.
  • 2.Add potatoes, green chilli, salt, and cover the pan to cook them.
  • 3.When the potatoes are cooked, add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Saute well.
  • 4.Add mango power and lemon juice. Mix well, and serve.

Recipe Notes

You can add extra lemon juice for more tangy flavour.
