Ingredients of Lauki Skin Chutney
- 1 bowl lauki peels, finely chopped
- 3-4 Green Chillies
- 6-8 cloves of garlic
- to taste Salt
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp urad dal
- Half tsp mustard seeds
- 1 whole red chilli
- Oil, to fry

Heat oil in a pan and fry lauki peels and green chillies.
Cool them down and transfer to a grinder.
Add garlic cloves, with salt and make a paste.
Add lemon juice, mix and transfer to a bowl.
Heat oil again and prepare a tadka of mustard seeds, urad dal and whole red chilli.
Add to the chutney and voila!
