Ingredients of Mango Coconut Smoothie
- 1/4 Cup oats
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup fresh mango
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup ice

Dry roast oats in a pan and let it cool.
