How to Make Millet-Ragi Modak
Millet-Ragi Modak Recipe: Modak is a traditional sweet made during Ganesh Chaturthi. This Millet Ragi Modak is a great version of it, it is an easy recipe which you can make this festive season.

Ingredients of Millet-Ragi Modak
- 1.5 Cups Ragi Flour
- 1/3 cup ghee
- 3th cup of Jaggery powder
- ½ tbsp cardamom Powder
How to Make Millet-Ragi Modak

In a thick Bottom pan add ½ cup of Ragi Flour. Roast till the colour changes and you get a nice aroma. It will take around 6 to 8 minutes

Next, Add ghee to the flour, Mix Well and Roast the flour for another 5 to 7 minutes

Once the flour is well roasted with ghee darken its colour and now switch off the gas.

Add ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder and add ¾ cup Jiggery powder. Mix the jiggery well in the pan till it is hot. Ensure there are no lumps.

Remove the mixture in the plate and start making modak with the help of Modak moulds
