Ingredients of Paneer 65

  • 250 gm paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp cornflour
  • 2 Tbsp maida
  • 1/4 cup yogurt/curds
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Oil for deep-frying

How to Make Paneer 65

Mix the paneer, salt, black pepper and red chilli and keep aside for half an hour.

Then mix in the cornflour, maida, egg white, ginger-garlic paste, curds and keep aside for 15 minutes.

The paneer should be coated in a fairly thick batter, so add some water if necessary, if too thick after keeping it for 15 minutes.
4.
Heat the oil for deep-frying and fry paneer pieces over high heat, till brown.
