Ingredients of Paneer Masala Fry

  • 7-8 Paneer Cubes
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 5-6 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli

How to Make Paneer Masala Fry

Cut the paneer in small cubes.

Now in a bowl add red chilli powder, pepper, garam masalas, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix.

Now add thick curd and combine it with the masalas. Finally add some lemon drops.

Throw in the paneer cubes and make sure that all the pieces are coated well. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

In a pan, heat some oil, add curry leaves, dry red chilli and let it splutter.
6.
Put in the paneer pieces and cook from both the sides.
7.
When it turns brown and crispy take it out and serve!
