Bread slices are stuffed with a flavourful paneer filling, shaped into a roll and deep-fried until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with your favourite chutney or dip!

Ingredients of Paneer Bread Roll

  • 6-7 Bread slices
  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • Oil, for frying

Take the paneer and grate it finely into a bowl. Alternatively, you can also crumble it.

Add onion, green chilli and coriander leaves to the paneer mixture and mix well.

Now, add in the spices such as red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt to taste. Keep it aside.

Take the bread slice and flatten it with a rolling pin. Add a small handful of the paneer mixture to the bread and close it with the help of a little bit of water.

Prepare all the bread rolls in the same way and keep them aside.

Heat oil in a deep kadhai. Carefully, add the bread rolls to the oil and fry from all sides till golden-brown.
7.
Alternatively, you can also bake the bread rolls in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
8.
Remove from the heat and serve with chutney or dip of your choice!
