Ingredients of Pink Vodka Pasta

  • 1/3 Cup penne pasta
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 black pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup yellow and red bell pepper
  • 1-2 Garlic clove
  • 3-4 Black olives
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 3-4 Basil leaves
  • Water (as required)
  • 3/4 parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream

How to Make Pink Vodka Pasta

  • 1.Take a deep pan, add little bit of salt, oil and penne pasta and cook them very well.
  • 2.Take another nonstick pan, heat the olive oil, add chopped garlic, onion, black olive and bell pepper and cook them for about 3-4 minutes.
  • 3.Now add tomato puree cook them for about 3 mintues, now add vodka.
  • 4.After adding vodka, add heavy cream and cook them until they get thickened and it take almost 10-12 mintues. Keep the flame on medium heat.
  • 5.After this add pasta and parmesan cheese and mix them well and again give it a toast little bit.
  • 6.Now add some basil and and your pasta is ready to serve.
