Ingredients of Poha Idli

  • 1 Cup Poha
  • 1 cup Rice rava
  • 1 cup Curd
  • Water as required
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3/4 tbsp Fruit salt

How to Make Poha Idli

To make this dish, first grind the poha in a powder form. To this, add one cup of curd and combine both.

Now add rice rava in batches and keep mixing the batter.

Next add salt and water to form a idli batter like consistency.

Cover this batter and let it ferment for 30 minutes or until the rava absorbs the water.
5.
If the batter looks dry add some more water and mix.
6.
Just before cooking, add fruit salt and pour the batter in idli maker.
7.
Steam till cooked.
