This is a healthier version of making ladoo. These ladoos are filled with loads of nutrition to please our palate and boost our health.

Ingredients of Protein Ladoo I Energy Ball

  • 1 Cup Mixed dry fruits
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Dates (khajoor)
  • 1/4 cup Oats flour
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

How to Make Protein Ladoo I Energy Ball

  • 1.Dry roast oats flour and dry fruits and keep aside.
  • 2.In a grinder, add deseeded dates and dry fruits. Add some ghee and blend everything together.
  • 3.Take out the mixture, add oats flour and knead well. Add more ghee if required.
  • 4.Shape them into balls and let the ladoos set.

Recipe Notes

Mixed dry fruits include almonds, walnuts, cashews, etc.
