Ingredients of Pumpkin and Coconut Shorba
250 gms of pumpkin
50 ml of coconut milk
5 gms of chopped onion
10 gms of chopped ginger
10 gms of chopped garlic
3 gms of green chili chopped
3 gms of fennel seeds
1 no of Star anise
Salt to taste
How to Make Pumpkin and Coconut Shorba
1.1. In a heavy bottom pan, take roughly chopped red pumpkin, onion, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds and star anise.
2.2. Cover with water and simmer on slow heat till pumpkin is tender.
