Ingredients of Rajasthani-Style Hari Mirch Ka Achaar

  • 1 Cup Green Chillies (Cut into pieces)
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Heeng
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Mustard Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Salt

How to Make Rajasthani-Style Hari Mirch Ka Achaar

You first need to combine fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds in a non-stick pan. Dry roast them for about a minute or two.

Once done, let the spices cool down. Blend them together until a coarse paste. Now transfer the mixture into a deep mixing bowl and add green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, heeng and mustard oil. Mix well.

Store this achaar into an airtight container and keep at room temperature for two days. Then you can refrigerate it also.
