Sanna Pakora is a very popular Sindhi delicacy; these scrumptious fritters are made by double frying pakoras made with chickpeas and gram flour.

Ingredients of Sanna Pakora

  • 2 Small Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Gram flour
  • 1 cup Chick pea flour
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder
  • to taste Red Chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Grated carrot
  • to fry Oil

How to Make Sanna Pakora

  • 1.Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. (except oil for frying)
  • 2.Make a thick and consistent batter by adjusting the water quantity.
  • 3.Heat oil in the pan and add small portions of the batter into the hot oil and adjust the flame to low medium.
  • 4.Fry the pakora until golden brown.
  • 5.sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves
  • 6.Serve hot with your favourite chutney

Recipe Notes

You can use any seasonal vegetable according to your choice.
