Sanna Pakora is a very popular Sindhi delicacy; these scrumptious fritters are made by double frying pakoras made with chickpeas and gram flour.

Ingredients of Sanna Pakora

  • 2 Small Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Gram flour
  • 1 cup Chick pea flour
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder
  • to taste Red Chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Grated carrot
  • to fry Oil

How to Make Sanna Pakora

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. (except oil for frying)

Make a thick and consistent batter by adjusting the water quantity.
3.
Heat oil in the pan and add small portions of the batter into the hot oil and adjust the flame to low medium.
4.
Fry the pakora until golden brown.
5.
sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves
6.
Serve hot with your favourite chutney
