Ingredients of Sheesh Kebab
- 1/2 kg lamb
- 1 cup basil
- 1 Tbsp spices powder or garam masala
- 2 Tbsp garlic chopped
- 2 Tbsp paprika paste
How to Make Sheesh Kebab

Mince all the ingredients together on a chopping board using a cleaver.

Put on a skewer and pat with a little water to keep it moist.
