Ingredients of Shikanji Premix

  • 4 Tbsp roasted jeera
  • 4 tbsp roasted black peppercorn
  • 2 tbsp dry ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp dry mango powder 2
  • 2 tbsp black salt
  • 11-13 tbsp mishri (rock sugar)

How to Make Shikanji Premix
