Ingredients of Sindhi Mutton Fry

  • 500 gms Mutton Pieces
  • 2 tbsp Raw papaya paste
  • 4-5 tbsp Oil
  • 2 medium Onion (Grated)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 Tomatoes pure
  • 2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seed powder
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Sindhi Mutton Fry

Start with washing the mutton pieces properly.

Then, apply the papaya paste to the mutton and leave it for half an hour.

Grind whole ingredients like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise in the garam masala into a fine powder. Or you can use store-bought garam masala as well.

Heat toil in large vessel, add in the onions and then add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté till the raw aroma goes off.

Add the mutton and fry till the colour changes. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and add to the mutton and fry till it becomes dry and the oil separates.
6.
Lastly, add 2 cups of warm water and cover and cook till the mutton is done.
