Smokey Meat Curry Recipe
Fire up your meal with this fragrant meat curry. Slowly smoked to perfection and served with a hot kachumber.

Ingredients of Smokey Meat Curry
- 4 ground onions
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- 250 gm tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 kg meat, cut into cubes
- 4 chopped green chillies
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 350 ml yoghurt
- 4 Tbsp oil
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 raw mango, peeled and diced
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 diced onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped coriander
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- A pinch of sugar and chilli powder
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
How to Make Smokey Meat Curry

Put all the ingredients in a hot pan.

Stir and set aside.

Place hot coals in a bowl on the curry.
4.
Pour hot oil over the coals and seal the pan.
5.
Cook slowly for 1 1/4 hour.
6.
Serve hot with kachumber.
For the kachumber:
1.
Combine all the ingredients and serve with the meat curry.
