  • 1 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup Organic spinach
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

How to Make Spinach Avocado Smoothie

Cube the apple and chop the frozen banana into chunks.

In your blender combine almond milk, spinach, avocado, apple, banana and chia seeds.

Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a few chia seeds on top to garnish.
