Ingredients of Sprouts and Rava pancakes

  • 1 Cup Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Semolina
  • 1/4 cup Grated Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Grated tofu/paneer
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion, tomatoes and capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 2-3 Green chillies (optional)
  • A piece of grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 4 tsp Ghee/oil
  • For Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Sprouts and Rava pancakes

In a blender, put the sprouts along with green chillies and ginger. Grind to a paste using a little water.

Add rava to the paste and mix well.

Stir in the vegetables, curd, coriander and the seasonings.
4.
Add water as required to make a batter of semi-thick consistency.
5.
Heat a non-stick tawa and spread half cup batter to make a pancake. Put a few drops of oil/ghee on the sides.
6.
Cook on the low flame till both the sides are done.
7.
Garnish with grated tofu/paneer. Sprinkle a little chaat masala and fold.
8.
Serve with green chutney and enjoy!
