Ingredients of Taak (Maharashtrian-Style Chaas)
- 1 cup Dahi
- 2 cups Water
- to taste Rock salt
- 1/2 tsp Hing
- 1 tsp Jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp Chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp Freshly chopped coriander leaves
How to Make Taak (Maharashtrian-Style Chaas)

Take dahi and water in a blender and blend well. Add more water if needed. Add hing, jeera powder and ginger and blend again.

Tranfer the drink in a jug and add green chillies and coriander leaves to it. Mix everything well.

Serve in vaati or tall glass.
