Ingredients of Thai Crunchy Roll

  • Thai ginger
  • Lemongrass
  • Lemon leaf broccoli
  • Mushroom
  • Baby corn beans
  • Lemon
  • Coriander
  • Sauces:
  • Thai chilli paste
  • curry powder
  • Veg oyster sauce
  • Dar soy sauce
  • Crushed black pepper
  • Aromatic seasoning powder

How to Make Thai Crunchy Roll

  • 1.Put oil in the wok, add Thai herbs, garlic, vegetable seasoning and stir for 5 minutes and then add Thai chilli paste sauce.
  • 2.Lay out one spring roll pastry sheet or wrap on a clean surface.
  • 3.Place around 2 tbsp of the filling in one corner of the wraps, then fold in the left and right sides and keep rolling tightly.
  • 4.Now heat oil in a wok on medium flame to fry.
  • 5.Deep fry the rolls until golden brown, transfer on paper towel and serve in Thai chilli sauce,
