Ingredients of Peach Cobbler

  • 4 canned peaches julienned (you can use fresh fruits also)
  • 1/2 cup walnut (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup raisins, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Handful of thyme leaves
  • 6 tbsp canned peach syrup (you can use natural or canned juice also)
  • 1 tbsp refined white flour
  • For the topping:
  • 3 cups white refined flour
  • 100 gms chilled butter
  • 3 tsp soft brown sugar
  • for garnishing thyme leaves

How to Make Peach Cobbler

Prepare the fruit mix:

Put the peaches in a bowl and add walnuts, raisins, and thyme leaves, vanilla essence, peach syrup, and white refined flour and mix all this.

Prepare the topping:

1.
Combine flour, butter and sugar properly.
2.
Fill the ramekins with the peach mixture.
3.
Add a layer of cobbler topping over peach mixture.
4.
Add half tsp of butter and some thyme on each ramekin
5.
Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degree and bake the ramekins in the oven for 15 minutes.
