Turkish Pizza, Dim Sums And More; The New Menu At Cafe Inside Stories Is All Things Decadent

Beautifully tucked away in between the narrow lanes of Champa Gali, Cafe Inside Stories is home to eye-riveting murals and soothing greens. A perfect go-to place for everything; be it work meetings, reunion with your friends or just for reading a book, the cafe's interiors accentuate strong olive pantone with lush palms and tranquilising murals, which furnish a very engaging yet comfortable vibe. Whether you want to unwind over a cup of coffee inside the cafe; or appreciate the beauty of nature in its alfresco dining space, the eatery has multiple seating options where you can sit and unwind. Located away from the humdrum of the city, this quaint little cafe is more than just pleasing interiors. It offers a plethora of well-thought out dishes that are sure to tantalise the taste buds of many.

The cafe has recently introduced few more dishes to its already existing menu, further making it more elaborate and toothsome. We tried some of the new additions in the menu and here are our recommendations.

You can start your culinary sojourn by sipping on some refreshing coolers; we tried Story Mojito and Italian Sunset. While the former tasted just like a regular lime-based drink, the latter impressed on so many levels with fresh lemon chunks and ginger ale topped over it. Moving on to the small nibbles, we tried Mushroom Croquettes with herbed cheesy mushrooms that were deep-fried to perfection. With just the right crisp, these bite-sized nibbles get a thumbs up from us! Next, we noshed on Cilantro Chicken that had a burst of Asian flavours with stir-fried tender chicken bits! The cilantro adds a nice and pungent flavour to the dish making it even more delectable.

Another appetiser that caught our fancy was Mascarpone Cheese Filo Canopies - crisp yet delicate filo sheets rolled and stuffed with Mascarpone cheese oozing out at every bite you take - this delight is sure to make you crave for more.

You can also go for their Veg or Non-Veg Dim Sums, both of which tasted equally good with flavourful stuffing inside! Pair them with some sweet chilli sauce on the side and you're good to go.

Amidst all of this, the highlight of our meal remains to be the Turkish Pizza, which also happens to be one of their signature delights. We tried the Grilled Chicken Pesto version and it was quite appealing to the palate as well as the eyes. Unlike the regular round shape, this Turkish pizza comes in an oval shape. Non-veg lovers can also try their hands at Yellow Thai Curry Bowl with Steamed Fish.

We rounded up our meal with Chocolate Hazelnut Waffles; however, they were a bit under-cooked and needed some improvement.
