Raja Digvijay cooks an extremely easy mutton dish. Few ingredients and a great outcome. Succulent mutton cooked in the flavors of red chillies and garlic.

Ingredients of Junglee Gosht / Shikari Gosht

  • 1 Tbsp ghee or animal fat
  • 1 kg mutton
  • 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 6-8 whole dry red chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

How to Make Junglee Gosht / Shikari Gosht

1.Warm ghee in a pot.
2.Add mutton to the pot. Stir.
3.Add 1 Tbsp water, salt, garlic and chillies.
4.Add 1 Tbsp water after every 6-8 minutes, till the next 60-75 minutes or till ready.
