Junglee Gosht / Shikari Gosht Recipe

Ingredients of Junglee Gosht / Shikari Gosht
- 1 Tbsp ghee or animal fat
- 1 kg mutton
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 6-8 whole dry red chilli
- Salt to taste
How to Make Junglee Gosht / Shikari Gosht
- Warm ghee in a pot.
- Add mutton to the pot. Stir.
- Add 1 Tbsp water, salt, garlic and chillies.
- Add 1 Tbsp water after every 6-8 minutes, till the next 60-75 minutes or till ready.
