Sugar Free Chocolate and Coconut Mousse

  • Chocolate, coconut milk and cream combine to make a light as a feather dessert!


  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 150 gms chocolate
  • 60 gms sugar free
  • 2 egg yolks


  1. Melt the chocolate with milk and coconut milk to make chocolate ganache.
  2. On the double boiler whip the Natura sugar free with egg yolks and gently fold in the chocolate ganache.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream in to the chocolate ganache.
  4. Set in martini glasses and serve the Chocolate and Coconut Mousse cold.
