Chocolate, coconut milk and cream combine to make a light as a feather dessert!

Ingredients of Sugar Free Chocolate and Coconut Mousse

  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 150 gms chocolate
  • 60 gms sugar free
  • 2 egg yolks

How to Make Sugar Free Chocolate and Coconut Mousse

  1. Melt the chocolate with milk and coconut milk to make chocolate ganache.
  2. On the double boiler whip the Natura sugar free with egg yolks and gently fold in the chocolate ganache.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream in to the chocolate ganache.
  4. Set in martini glasses and serve the Chocolate and Coconut Mousse cold.
