To make this dish, first, take a bowl and add maida, baking soda, sugar and salt and mix-form dough with milk and oil. Make sure to have a sticky consistency. Once done, cover the dough with oil let it rest for two hours. Now, take small parts of the dough and roll it out. Then hold the edges and fold the dough in a rectangular shape. Once you see the layers, give it a circular shape again. Now, bake this on a pan till light brown.
