Preparing mutton sukka can be a little tricky as the recipe involves pre-preparation. You need to prepare a masala powder and boil mutton before you start cooking mutton sukka.
How To Make Mutton Sukka | Mutton Chuka:
Making mutton sukka is a time-oriented process and it needs preparation beforehand. Start by making the masala powder, you will need to dry roast all the spices and then grind them.
then boil the boneless mutton with turmeric powder, salt, little oil and water. Heat oil in a pan and add shallots, green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté till the shallots are translucent. You can also use onions instead of shallots. Add ginger-garlic paste and boiled mutton to the shallot. Add the masala powder to the mutton, give it a mix. Cook the mutton till the dish is dry and the mutton is fried. Add salt for seasoning, the mutton sukka is ready!
