In a pan, saute prawns in oil till water dries up completely. Once the prawns are golden brown, keep them aside. In another pan, saute ginger, garlic and whole red chillies. Stir fry for a while. Add the cooked prawns and spring onions. Sprinkle corn flour and toss the wok. The corn flour shall give a nice consistency to the stir-fry. Season with soy sauce, salt, honey, and chilli sauce. Once the sauce is combined, the stir-fry prawns are ready!
