Sev puri is a classic street food from Mumbai. It is made with a spicy mixture of sev, onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, diced potatoes, and spices such as garlic, green chilli, and tamarind served on small, spherical, and crispy papdis. The recipe that we bring you today is an instant version of sev puri. This recipe was originally made by food vlogger "Cook with Parul" and can be made in just five minutes! Instant Sev Puri Recipe: Here's How To Make Sev Puris
First, in a bowl, add maida, besan, suji, oil and mix. Then add salt and ajwain and combine again. Pour in some water and knead a dough. Once it is done, make small roundels and fry to make puris. Then, add mashed potatoes to another bowl and mix them with the required masalas. Once all things are prepared, assemble the potato mash on puris and top it with chutneys! Then serve and enjoy!
