To make this easy-peasy snack, you can use your leftover steamed rice from last night's dinner. Besides rice, you just need a handful of other easily available ingredients. To start with, heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and wait until the onion turns translucent. Now, add garlic paste and saute for a minute on low to medium heat.
Add boiled and mashed sweet corn. Season with red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt to taste. Cook for a few minutes.
The next step is to thoroughly mash the leftover boiled rice in a bowl. Add the veggie mixture and 2 tbsp roasted sooji to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to create a thick mixture.
