Jodhpuri-Style Mirchi Vada Recipe: How To Make Jodhpuri-Style Mirchi Vada
First, you need to prepare the masala for the vada. For this, heat a non-stick pan, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and ani seeds. Roast on low medium flame. Add the mixture in the mortar along with hing, garam masala and dry mint leaves powder. Crush it well.
Take 4 boiled potatoes, mash them using your hands. Take a pan, heat oil in it and add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies and chopped ginger. Sauté for a few seconds.
