Sindhi cuisine is known for its sweet and spicy dishes. In this recipe, mutton pieces are slow cooked in a tomato-yogurt-based gravy with flavourful masalas. This mutton curry is spicy and all things delicious. Pair it with boiled rice or any bread of your choice to make it a wholesome meal. Check out the recipe below:
Sindhi Mutton Curry Recipe: How To Make Sindhi Mutton Curry
First, pressure cook the mutton pieces with salt and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder. Reserve the stock. Next, heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add cardamoms, broken black cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorn and onion. Sauté until the onion turns golden. Add tomato and salt. Mix well. Add ginger-garlic paste to sauteed onion and sauté for around 30 seconds.

Now, add the remaining turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix well. Cover and cook till the tomato turns soft and pulpy. Add finely chopped coriander sprigs, green chillies and yogurt. Add cooked mutton pieces and cook for 5 minutes. Add the reserved mutton stock and combine well.
