Method:
Step 1: Chop off both the crown as well as the bottom of the dragon fruit.
Step 2: Now, using a knife, make a cut from top to bottom on just the scaly outer.
Step 3: Start peeling the outer layer, from the point you have made the cut. And you will be surprised that it will come out smoothly.
Step 4: Once the scaly outer is removed, you have the delicious fleshy dragon fruit.
Step 5: You can chop it further as per your convenience or can add chunks of dragon fruit while grinding your smoothies and shakes.
