Today, we bring to you a delicious variation of the classic boti kebab. While typically the boti kebab is made from mutton, this recipe uses chicken to recreate this delicacy. Chicken boti kebab is very easy to prepare and would make a delicious party snack!
Chicken Boti Kebab Recipe: How To Make Chicken Boti Kebab
Marinate the chicken in curd, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, nutmeg, cumin powder, coriander powder, besan, mustard oil, Kashmiri red chilli, black salt and salt. Make sure you marinate it for at least an hour. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread the chicken cubes in the soaked skewers and set them aside. Heat a non-stick pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken skewers. Let it cook till it is evenly brown. Repeat the method by flipping the skewers. The chicken boti kebab is ready!
Serve the boti kebab with onion rings and pudina chutney and you'll have a party on a plate.
Quick Tip: Make sure you dry roast the gram flour before adding it to the marinade.
