If you love to eat the kathi rolls that are served on the streets, then this roll might be perfect for you. Rather than having the generic chicken stuffing, this roll has a masaledaar keema stuffing, adding a delicious twist to the street food roll.
Keema Roll Recipe: How To Make Keema Roll At Home
First, you'll need to start by making the keema stuffing. For that, heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Add the keema and fry it with the onions for some time. Next, add chopped onion and cook it till it is mushy. Season it with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir it well. Next add sliced capsicum, onion and carrot, cook it for a while and the stuffing is ready!
Make parathas, on each paratha, spread mayonnaise, ketchup and then place the keema stuffing. Roll it and it is ready.
