First, you'll need to start by making the keema stuffing. For that, heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Add the keema and fry it with the onions for some time. Next, add chopped onion and cook it till it is mushy. Season it with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir it well. Next add sliced capsicum, onion and carrot, cook it for a while and the stuffing is ready!
Make parathas, on each paratha, spread mayonnaise, ketchup and then place the keema stuffing. Roll it and it is ready.
