Ingredients of Keema Roll

  • 150 gms Mutton Keema
  • 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2 Capsicum (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Carrot Julienne
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • For Rolls
  • 1 cup Maida
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tbsp Green Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

How to Make Keema Roll

First of all, heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and fry it.

Add the minced keema and fry it with onions for some time. After a while add finely chopped tomatoes and cook it till it gets cooked well.

After this, add salt, red chili, turmeric, chicken masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix all the things and fry the minced meat.

After sometime the minced keema will start leaving oil. Now add thinly sliced ​​capsicum, onion and carrot and cook for two more minutes. Then take it off and keep it aside.

To make rolls:

Now in a bowl add all purpose flour, curd, salt and little oil and knead soft dough with water after mixing all the things.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. After a while, make balls from the dough and make parathas. do it.
3.
Then spread mayonnaise on the paratha, add tomato ketchup, add keema stuffing. Add green chutney and mayonnaise on it.
4.
Roll it with foil and serve with your favourite dip or chutney.
