Mango Rabri Recipe: How To Make Summer-Special Mango Rabri At Home
Start by boiling milk in a saucepan. Keep boiling the milk till it thickens and reduces to half in quantity. This should take about an hour. Add the sugar and stir till it dissolves. Add chopped dry fruits like pistachio, almonds and cashew. Add the cardamom powder and saffron, turn off the heat and let it cool down. To this, mix in the mango puree. Pour the thick mixture into a bowl and store it in the fridge for freezing. Once it reaches the desired creamy texture, the rabri is ready! Garnish it with some more dry fruits and enjoy.
