Ingredients of Mango Rabri

  • 1 Litre Full Cream
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Mango Puree
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 5-6 Saffron Strands
  • 6-7 Pistachio (chopped)
  • 4-5 Almonds (chopped)

How to Make Mango Rabri

Boil milk till it reduces and thickens. It should reduce till it becomes half in quantity. This should take about an hour.

Add sugar to the thick, coagulated milk and stir till the sugar dissolves. Add chopped dry fruits like pistachio and almonds.

Add the cardamom powder and saffron, turn off the heat and let it cool down. To this, mix in the mango puree.
4.
Pour the mixture in a bowl and freeze for a while. Once it reaches the desired texture, the mango rabri is ready!
