This quick and easy aloo curry is ready in just 30 minutes. Heat oil in kadhai and saute chopped tomatoes and onions. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cumin powder. Next, add the potatoes and water. Mix well and cover till the potatoes are cooked thoroughly. Methi Puri Recipe: How To Make Methi Puri At Home
Mix together atta, hing, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, carom seeds and salt. Add the fresh/dry methi. Pour water in small quantities and start kneading the dough. Add the oil as well. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes. Pinch out small dough balls and roll them into circles and deep fry them. The methi puri is ready!
