Make your puris even more flavourful and aromatic with this methi puri recipe. They are super crispy and taste best when paired with a masaledar aloo curry or masala.

Ingredients of Methi Puri
- 2 cups Atta
 - 1 cup Fresh methi
 - 1 tbsp Dry methi
 - A pinch of Hing
 - 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
 - 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
 - 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
 - 1/3 cup Water
 - 3 tbsp Oil
 - to taste Salt
 - Oil (for deep frying)
 
How to Make Methi Puri

Mix together atta, hing, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, carom seeds and salt. Add the fresh/dry methi.

Pour water in small quantities and start kneading the dough. Add the oil as well. This will be a from dough. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

Pinch small dough balls and roll them into circles and deep fry them.

The methi puri is ready!
