Stuffed Malai Kofta Recipe: How To Make Stuffed Malai Kofta
To begin with the recipe, first, take boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add paneer, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and 1 cup khoya to it. Mash the ingredients thoroughly to make a thick paste. Take small portions of the mixture to make balls and stuff dry fruits inside.
Take some maida and roll the stuffed balls in it. In a wok full of oil, deep fry the stuffed balls till golden brown. Now, saute chopped onions in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Mix well. Add tomato puree and bring to a simmer. Now, add kasoori methi and cashew nut paste along with khoya. After a while, add coriander leaves, milk and cream. Bring to a simmer and pour the cooked curry over the fried koftas. Serve hot!
