Samantha Lee is doing something right with food - and that's just putting it mildly. Everyone loves her incredible edible sensations that have taken the Internet by storm. She's never been to culinary school and is not a professional chef but her fun, whimsical food art will have you fooled. She says, "I sketch my designs before I make them into food to stay organized and prevent food wastage. Scissors, knives and toothpicks are my tools. I like to make something practical, something for everyone to be able to follow."
She started food art as a means to encourage her daughter to eat all her food. Now, her two daughters always look forward to the next meal and even help with the entire creative process.
