The Sabz Nizami Handi is basically a mixed vegetable dish made with fresh vegetables such as green beans, carrots, cauliflower. The very idea of the dish is that you can add or subtract as many vegetables as you want. To make the onion-tomato masala used in this recipe, simply cook chopped onions and tomato with red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt till they turn soft and mushy. Ingredients:
- 2 cups onion tomato masala
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp coriander paste
- Grated paneer to garnish

- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and onion tomato masala.
- Add the parboiled beans, carrots and cauliflower.
- Add the coriander paste.
- Add a little water to mix everything well.
