The very idea of the dish is that you can add or subtract as many vegetables as you want. To make the onion-tomato masala used in this recipe, simply cook chopped onions and tomato with red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt till they turn soft and mushy. - 2 cups onion tomato masala
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp coriander paste
- Grated paneer to garnish
