Sharing her daily struggles of life, Sara Tendulkar asked her followers a rhetorical, "Have I become a person that meal preps?! Maybe." When we live alone, without our family, we don't have the luxury of breakfast being ready the moment we wake up. We have to make all our food on our own. The easiest way to have food ready is meal prep! Meal prep is a cooking concept where individuals plan the meals of the week or ten days ahead of time and store them in their fridge. It seems like Sara Tendulkar is following this. Her latest healthy breakfast meal consisted of walnuts, raspberries, blueberries and yoghurt, which she apparently prepped in advance.
If you have been following Sara Tendulkar, then you'd know that she is a big fan of coffee! She loves coffee so much that she even attended the London School of Coffee where she learnt how to perfect latte art. That's not all, once, she even shared her own recipe for coffee. She showed her followers how to make the perfect mocha and looking at the drink had us drooling.
