How To Make Masala Moong Dal Poori
Grind soaked moong dal along with ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and pepper into a fine paste. Add some water while grinding.
Pour the paste into a thali and add hing, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, crushed carrom seeds, salt and crushed kasuri methi. Mix this well.
Add sooji, oil and wheat flour and knead a strong dough. Roll the dough and deep-fry the pooris. The masala moong dal poori is ready!
