A lot of us often miscalculate the amount of rice to cook and end up with a bit too much. You obviously do not want to toss away the left-over rice, so what can you do. There are plenty of ideas in which you can use last night's left-over rice. You can fry them with veggies and have sumptuous fried rice, you can also use them as stuffing for your parathas.
