We can all agree on this- being a vegetarian is not easy. You are often mocked for being one, and are made to feel like you're missing out on all the yummy food. Non-vegetarian dishes have so much to offer and keema is one of the most popular meats enjoyed in Indian cuisine. Juicy minced chicken or mutton marinated in a mix of flavourful spices is every non-vegetarian's delight. But what about us vegetarians? If you too feel like experimenting with your food choices just like us, fret not, we're here to your rescue! Here we have brought you a special veg keema recipe that has soft soya chunks in it and gives it a texture similar to that of meat keema.
This veg soya keema recipe is a tastier and healthier version of the regular veg keema and can easily be made at home. Soya is high in protein, which also makes this dish extremely nutritious. It is a delicious dinner party dish and tastes best when paired with roti, naan or steamed rice. Look at the recipe here.
