How to make veg lasagna?
Heat some oil and butter in a saucepan and add ginger, garlic, and onion and saute everything well. Add tomatoes and keep mixing them for 10-12 seconds on moderate heat.
Now, add carrot, French beans, cauliflower, tomato puree, salt to taste, sugar, and crushed black peppercorns and saute the mixture for 10-12 seconds. Cover it with the lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes on moderate heat.
Once vegetables are cooked, switch off the flame and keep them aside for further use.
It's time to assemble the main dish. For this, pick a lasagna pan or baking tray or you can even use a heavy bottom pan. Spread some tomato ketchup followed by some torn basil leaves. Then, add blended cheese to it. Place the chunks of leftover chapati on top and repeat the process again.
Put the prepared filling and top it up with pizza cheese blend, tomato ketchup, and coriander sprig, and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes. After this, place the leftover chapati on top again and add prepared filling to it and finish it off with pizza cheese blend and butter.
Then, bake the lasagna for 3 mins in the microwave.
For garnishing? You can use sliced tomato, a few basil leaves, crushed peppercorn and put in some olive oil. The lasagna is ready. Serve hot.
