With more than 1.5 million followers on Instagram, Neetu Kapoor is one of the most followed veteran actors on the photo-sharing app, where she gives us glimpses of her daily life, some memorable throwback pictures and some steal-worthy diet tips too. It cannot be denied that at 62, Neetu Kapoor is one of the fittest actors Bollywood has ever seen. On Thursday, she shared her secret tip to fight anxiety. She shared a picture of a bottle with infused water made with bay leaf and star anise. Later in the day, she revealed another natural 'nuskha' to combat muscular pain and strengthen joints. While catching the first episode of Abhishek Bachchan's latest OTT release 'The Big Bull', she sipped into home-made drumsticks soup. "Drumstick soup (good for muscular pain n joints) and #thebigbull, my best @bacchan my all time favourite", she captioned the image.

Drumsticks or moringa are an incredible source of a gamut of vitamins and minerals. It is replete with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that stave off risk of many chronic diseases. It is known to have antidiabetic properties and is renowned for its blood purifying properties too.
