Courteney Cox is back with a brand-new recipe for her Instagram family. The F.R.I.E.N.D.S actress loves to wear the chef's hat every now and then to prepare some delicious dishes and share them with the world. Yet again, the star showed fans how to make chicken curry in her style. The actress demonstrated the preparation process in the video and even approved its taste in the end. The sumptuous item has the goodness of veggies and spicy ingredients like chillies, garlic and curry powder. Check out what goes into making this delightful dish at home just like “Monica.”
1 lb. chicken tenders cut into small cubes
1 small chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon of chopped serrano chilli (optional)
1-2 cups of curry sauce
Chopped green onion
Steps Followed by Courteney To Make Chicken Curry:
1. Heat a medium-size frying pan over med-hi heat. Spray with coconut oil, sauté onion and serrano chilli.
2. Add chicken, curry powder and salt. Sauté until chicken is slightly brown on the outside but not cooked through.
3. Add curry sauce and reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
4. Top with chopped cilantro and onion.
Courtney also added a separate recipe of the curry sauce which she poured into the mixture. It was made with clove garlic, brown onion, cauliflower and ginger. The actress then suggested that one should serve it with cauliflower or basmati rice.
